The presentation is in their signature color schemes of pink and black. It is catchy and very soothing to the eye. All in all, by the looks of it, the website looks quite polished.

Yikes. This is where it gets a little tricky. They charge you. Quite a bit. The subscription says $39.95 per month.
So if you are a talent on their site, you basically have to pay this amount every month. They say they use this amount for their company’s maintenance. However, they are only using this money to run their activities. Which also means you are helping them have a profit, along with ‘possibly’ finding a job for yourself.
Sounds tough. And very complicated. Also, the price tag simply is not too appealing. Many customers do not like this fact.

On Glassdoors, they have a score of 3.8 stars. That is decent, as a company. The employees seem happy.
On Indeed, they have a score of 2 stars. That means it is not that liked, neither is it totally bad.
However, many people say it is a scam. That the agency never really works. They only take the money, apparently, and don’t sell the actual dream.
The ratings are not super high but neither are they really low.
